How the short form uses your information.
The form sends your name, phone number, area and employment type to the CariPinjam email inbox through FormSubmit, then opens WhatsApp. The website does not create a customer database.
How the information is used
The information is used to respond to an early enquiry and understand which type of third-party provider may be a better match.
- Deliver the enquiry through FormSubmit to CariPinjam email
- Contact the user through WhatsApp
- Make a referral only after the user agrees
Consent and retention
FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days. CariPinjam email records follow the stated retention periods. Do not send identity-card numbers, OTPs, PINs, bank passwords or documents through the early form.

Planned purposes
- Respond to the user's enquiry
- Provide early matching only after the live process is confirmed
- Prevent abuse and protect service security
Not requested at the early stage
Identity card numbers, OTPs, PINs, bank passwords and document uploads are excluded from the early form.
Confirmed retention periods
- Enquiries that do not continue: 90 days after the last contact
- Referred enquiries: 12 months after the last contact
- Complaint records: 24 months after the complaint is closed
- Permanently delete or securely destroy records when the period ends
Parties that may receive data
- FormSubmit: deliver the form to CariPinjam email
- WhatsApp / Meta: deliver the message chosen by the user
- Selected matching service provider: receive an enquiry only after the user agrees to the referral
